Admin Assistant

Jackson Fire & Security Kingston Branch are looking for a key member of staff to join our growing team and work in our new office.
You will report directly to the Business Manager and your main duties will include:
- Answering and actioning phone calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Coordinating and booking service calls and call outs
- Organising Job Sheets
- Contacting Suppliers and sub-contractors
- General office duties as required.
The successful applicant must have an eye for detail along with excellent organisation and customer service skills. Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products will also be an advantage.
The role is office based in Walton-on-Thames.
Starting salary: £10.00 per hour
