**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications and providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support the safe and effective use of medications within our pharmacy.

**Duties**
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering queries regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions dispensed and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication management for patients.
- Conduct regular checks on medication stock, including expiry dates, and report any discrepancies or issues to the pharmacist.
- Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy environment to promote safety and efficiency.

**Skills**
- Strong background in patient care, demonstrating empathy and effective communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of pharmacy operations.
- Proficient in medication administration practices, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in individual tasks.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
