Operations Support Coordinator

The Operations Support Coordinator will provide operational support to both the sales and technical functions of the business. To achieve this, the individual will need to fulfil the supply chain, logistics and purchasing process for new incoming projects as well as provide stock and pricing information to the sales function. This role will report directly into the Operations Manager.
**Principle Accountabilities**
- Place new orders and manage the logistics of the goods for new projects.
- Provide stock and pricing information to the sales function when new quotes are being made.
- Carry out administrative tasks for the Operations function.
- Manage and take ownership of the small orders process.
- Manage the goods in the warehouse and update the stock system for when new orders arrive.
- Two years minimum sales operations or operations support experience. Preferably in the technology industry.
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills including at a senior level
- Experience using order processing and/or CRM systems.
- Someone with excellent organisational skills.
- A problem solver who has a logical mindset.
- Very self-disciplined.
- Be comfortable with handling medium-heavy goods in the warehouse.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
