**Salary: £22,800 - £25,500 / Maternity Cover 9-12 months **

We are on the lookout for a dynamic, forward thinking operator to join our team at the Doncaster Lakeside Premier Inn. You will join an inclusive team of 20 covering front of house and housekeeping. There is no F&B management within the Hotel, but it issituated next to our Beefeater Restaurant. The Hotel averages 70% occupancy and works closely with sister sites Doncaster Central (High Fishergate) and Central East, in which you may be asked to support these sites on occasion.

As Deputy Hotel Manager you are a pivotal part of the Hotel Management team.Reporting to the Hotel Manager and deputising in their absence, you’ll be responsible for the successful daily running operation of all departments (Front of House, Back of House*and housekeeping teams) whilst making sure our guests and team are kept safe, all internal audits successfully passed and compliance requirements are met.

Working with your Hotel Manager you will drive commercial best practice, maximising revenue opportunities and manage our controllable costs to deliver a strong business performance.With a keen eye for detail you’ll ensure that brand standards are consistentlymaintained and utilise guest feedback to increase performance against KPI targets

As a role model who is passionate about exceeding our guests needs and expectations you will be a great communicator who demonstrates passion for our brand by engaging regularly with our guests, and continuously coach the team to deliver their full potential.

Ideally, you’ll have be able to demonstrate your previous or current management experience from hospitality, leisure or retail backgrounds driven by guest service and business results. (If working in Solus/ Breakfast Room sites)*Experience within F&B orfood services is desirable and knowledge of food hygiene and H&S.
