**Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Specification**
To be successful, you will have a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience. You must have consistent energy and enthusiasm to gain the most from a long term placement in this excellent school, helping to motivate and provide focusfor young children with additional needs such as ADHD and ASD. You will be a graduate who is sensitive to the needs of young children and how to help them reach their potential

**About the Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Role**
In this exciting Primary SEN Teaching Assistant position you will be supporting the learning and development of children with SEN, including ASD and ADHD You will take charge of a group of children with Special Educational Needs and the school leadership teamare eager to help with your own training and development. You will be supporting groups of pupils or on a 1:1 basis outside of the classroom in areas of the curriculum that they find difficult to grasp.
