Mead Open Farm Day Nursery is a unique day nursery based on site at the award winning Mead Open Farm. We focus on nature based play, and outdoor learning. We follow a child led curiosity approach to children's development. **Due to continued success, we are expanding and are looking for a full time Qualified Field Based Nursery Assistant to join our Nursery & Pre School team. You will get to work in different settings, as a qualified Practitioner, without having key person responsibilities.. **Qualifications and Skills** You will be hard working and motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hard working teams. You will thrive in a busy environment, and always be on hand with new ideas and activities. You will have experience in a similar role working with children aged 0-5 years, and have a full and relevant Early Years qualification, ideally L3 or above but we will consider applicants that are L2. You must be available full time, 40 hours per week. Our nurseries are open from 7:30am-6:30pm, so shift patterns will be between these hours. Due to the nature of this position, and the travel between sites, **a full UK driving licence and own transport is essential**.
