The Finance Assistant will report into the Finance Manager and is responsible for the purchase order processes alongside supporting with reporting and other finance administration.

How will you contribute?
- Ownership of the site purchase order processes
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly reports
- Internal KPI reporting assistance
- Communicating effectively daily with internal and external customers;
- Contributing towards the improvement of processes/methods of operating practises within the department;
- General finance administration support;
- Assisting colleagues within the team on an ad-hoc basis

**What will you bring?
- Previous finance experience essential
- Working towards a Finance qualification AAT/CIMA/ACCA
- Oracle system experience desirable, MS Excel skills essential
- Motivated to be able to work under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with problems and challenges
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Must have a flexible and adaptable approach to demands and changes in work activity
- Enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and highly organised;
