Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* experienced **Female Brain Injury Support Worker’s **for our client in Bristol.

**Hours**
24 hour shifts

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting our client to access the community
- Providing encouragement and motivation with social activities
- Support with daily tasks including personal care
- Housework duties
- The delivery of rehabilitation program
**Training & Background Checks**
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.

**Salary**: £283.00-£320.00 per day
