Well, we believe that you are the idealperson to help fulfil a position we have in Birmingham working with students on a one-to-one basis.

**As the successful SEN Teaching Assistant you will need to**:

- Be enthusiastic, reliable and versatile.
- Experience in supporting children across all Key Stages.
- Prior experience of working with children with SEN or SEMH needs.
- Be able to cultivate a positive, enthusiastic and caring environment.
- Confident in communicating with the leadership team and parents.
