Page Personnel are partnered with a Public Sector organisation in Nottingham in their search for a Financial Accounts Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract (8 months) with a potential to go permanent.
**Client Details**
**Description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review outstanding invoices and prepare Better Payment Practice Code (BPPC) report
- Produce and complete Supplier setup requests as and when required
- Reconcile control accounts for Statement of Financial Position codes with an agreed timetable
- Investigate unallocated income and advise correct allocation or budget code
- General Finance Administration
**Profile**
- Previous experience in a finance environment
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services processes
- Knowledge of Integra Financial System
- Use of financial ledger and reporting packages
- Have good Microsoft Excel skills
