As we are building a brand new team, we are looking for Security / Senior Loss Prevention Officers to support the Store Management and Sales teams.

You will be implementing loss prevention best practice and ensuring compliance in store. Working as part of a team on the sales floor, you will ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and customers by reducing the opportunities for crime, disorder and accidents.

**Key aspects of the role will be**:

- Customer relations and Health & Safety compliance
- Positive responses to conflict in accordance with Company procedure and Health and Safety requirements
- Assisting with security operatives and law enforcement agencies, working lawfully to deter criminal activity
- Adhering to company data and incident reporting procedures
- Comply with Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and customers
- Carry out all duties assigned by your Manager
- Understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures.
- Demonstrate a professional manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company
- Previous Retail Security experience preferable
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Be dependable and available to work a regular work schedule
- Possessing a friendly, approachable personality
- Smart and presentable appearance
- Work with the police and other law enforcement agencies, attending court if required
- Experienced in critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and flexible approach
- Have good local knowledge and be graphically aware of the store area.
- Experience: Loss prevention / security: 1 year (required)

Must be available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Full time. You must be flexible, and be able to work any shift between 9am - 10pm. You must also be able to work weekends.
