**Estate Agent - Residential Sales**

**South West London**

**Starting salary up to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience**

**PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE in first year approx £40,000**

**PLUS Company Car - Unbranded BMW Mini**

**5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis
- 2 per month on average) 9:00am to 4:00pm.**

**Requirements**:
**The main role of an Estate Agent is to build a pipeline of residential property sales, acting in the interests of the buyer and / or seller, and providing guidance and advice to help the process complete efficiently and smoothly.**

**Duties will include;**
- Negotiating the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets
- Generating & completing a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week
- Converting viewings to offers
- Negotiating offers to complete the deals
- Progressing sales through to completion, working with our internal Sales Progression team
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process
- Proven working experience in a property sales role, with a solid record of achieving & exceeding targets for a minimum of 2 years would be preferable
- A strong understanding of the residential sales legislation, market trends and enjoys keeping up to date with industry news
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills
- Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
- Pleasant and trustworthy manner
- MS Office familiarity, and IT literate
