Experienced Barista: Full-Time/Part-Time, Permanent - Starting at £11.50/hour

**Overview of Role**:
Warmly welcome customers to the Gourmet Grocer Cafe whilst always offering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience as Barista required.
- Serve hot or cold beverages often tailored to customers preferences.
- Meet, greet, and welcome all customers to the Cafe with a smile.
- Interact with customers whilst assisting with their requirements offering exceptional customer care.
- Operate tills systems with due diligence.
- Stock and replenish all areas where required.
- Maintain the group’s high level of standards in customer care and service.
- Build a rapport with customers, offering an experience with exceptional customer service.
- Ensure your work area, utensils and equipment is always clean, neat, and tidy.
- Ensure stock orders levels are maintained at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Always well presented in full uniform.
- Flexibility and willingness to ensure cafe is running efficiently and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
