**Complex Needs Support and Accommodation Specialist - Hanley Connect**

**Hours: 37 hours per week** - mainly Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, with flexibility to work outside of office hours to attend meetings / business events as required.

**Salary**: £25,983.00 per annum

We are looking to appoint a Complex Needs and Accommodation Specialist covering Stoke-on-Trent which supports individuals who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. The post holder will work with a small caseload of customers with complex needs who are accessing Hanley Connect (Hub). The post holder’s role will be to co-ordinate customer access to a wide range of services that are appropriate to their needs, co-working with other service providers/ colleagues working with the customer. The post holder will work closely with frontline staff providing services to customers to better co-ordinate service interventions. A driving licence is desirable.
