**What you will enjoy doing**
- As a vital member of our team, you’ll create engaging dashboards and reporting solutions to transform HR data into decision-making insights
- You’ll lead and support HR digitization projects, working closely with teams across the business to build smarter processes and digital tools
- You’ll bring your creativity and technical skills to life, building practical solutions using Power Apps to streamline workflows - from job evaluations to pay reviews and everything in between
- You’ll contribute to compensation cycles - ensuring data is prepared, processes run smoothly, and policies are followed to deliver impactful results
- Working together with teams across HR, IT, and the business, you’ll enjoy opportunities to collaborate, learn, and share ideas that shape how we work
- You’ll oversee benefits administration and employee recognition programs, making a difference by helping our teams stay engaged and motivated
- With a focus on accuracy, you’ll help ensure our HR data is always reliable, finding ways to streamline processes and make information accessible
- You’ll take pride in creating solutions that improve systems and reward structures, helping us deliver the best for our people

**What makes you great**
- You’re a positive communicator with the ability to share insights clearly and build great working relationships with others
- You’re confident using analytical tools like Power BI, Visier or Tableau, and have practical experience building digital tools using platforms like Power Apps
- You have experience in HR systems and enjoy identifying ways to improve processes and systems
- You bring attention to detail to everything you do, ensuring the data and processes you work with are accurate and reliable
- You’re curious and eager to learn new technologies, systems, and ways of working to help keep up with evolving industry trends
- You’re organized and adaptable, balancing priorities with ease while navigating complex challenges in data and systems
- You’re passionate about creating solutions that bring value, whether it’s an insightful dashboard or a smoother reward process
