We are offering the unique opportunity for someone to join our team to be the Town Centre Coordinator for Tiverton. This high profile and challenging post will suit someone with a real passion for making things happen. You will be accountable to the Town Clerk and will work closely with the town's businesses and traders.

You will act as the focal point for the management of the Town Centre, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to develop partnership projects to enhance the town centre and maximize the public amenities and the appeal of the town centre.

You will deliver creative and effective schemes to revitalize the high street.

You will have the skills to engage with large and small businesses, support their growth and develop dynamic partnership working. You will be a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, and able to identify and respond to local needs and opportunities. You will also have the ability to manage programmes and projects, delivering successful outcomes.

You will arrange the commissioning of feasibility and vitality studies, production of project strategies, development of funding profiles and final project management with a view to making Tiverton a Business Improvement District.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: From £17.10 per hour
