**SAFe Agile SME - Defence**

Rate: up to £800 inside IR35

Duration: 10 months

Location: Home based with regular travel to Bristol and Corsham

We require a Scaled Agile SME to join a large Defence programme in a client-side advisory role in support of ITN activities. The individual will be responsible for;
- Supporting ITN activities and helping implement a transition to SAFe by evaluating potential future partners SAFe capabilities.
- Advising on SAFe Agile programme governance.
- Mentoring the wider team in Agile and SAFe best practices.

We are looking for individuals with the following experience;
- Demonstrable SAFe experience, ideally to SAFe 6.0 in a large solution configuration.
- Experience communicating clear requirements in support of ITN activities and ability to evaluate tenders.
- Experience in the Defence sector is desirable.
- Must be eligible for SC clearance.
