**SEND Teaching Assistant
- Primary school

We are currently seeking a skilled, SEND Teaching Assistant with prior experience at an excellent Ealing Primary school setting.

You will be part of a dedicated team who will support and guide you during your time at the school. The role is to start ASAP and until the end of the academic year.

**The role**:

- You will be working with Pupils on a 1:1 basis and in smaller personal groups.
- Supporting the children to achieve their potential and be as independent as possible.
- Work as part of a close
- knit team
- Use an individualised approach to teaching and learning to support the needs of the children.
- Have at least 6 months experience working in a primary school setting.
- Have experience within SEND
- Be willing to commit to a 5 day a week role.
- Have positive behavior management skills and a calm approach.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
