**Qualifications of the Interpreter/Translator**:

- _AIT (formerly IAA) - (Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Immigration Appellate Authority))_
- _Basic Interpreting Qualification_
- _Community Interpreting Level 2_
- _Community Interpreting Level 3_
- _Community Interpreting Level 4_
- _DPI (formerly Metropolitan Police Test) Unit Pass - (Diploma in Police Interpreting)_
- _DPSI (Health) Partial - (Diploma in Public Service Interpreting)_
- _DPSI (Law) Unit Pass - (Diploma in Public Service Interpreting)_
- _DPSI (Local Govt.) Partial - (Diploma in Public Service Interpreting)_
- _IND (Home Office) - (Immigration Nationality Directorate)_
- _UK Border Agency Certificate_
- _Language Related Degree_
- _Language Related Diploma_

You will be paid for your travel costs as well as for your interpreting time where applicable.

Furthermore this is a very flexible freelance interpreting job which means you can accept or reject a job and only accept assignments that will suit your availability.
