QED Legal are working with a long standing legal practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a bright and ambitious junior Family Solicitor or FCILEx to join their award-winning team out of their Halifax office.
The firm have one of the largest family teams in the region and deal with both privately and publicly funded matters.
This particular role is for some to deal with a broad mix of family law from divorce and financial matters to domestic abuse and private children work.
As a junior qualified lawyer (from NQ to around 5 years’ qualified) you will have access to some of the regions best family lawyers. The senior fee earners and Partners here are very approachable and if you are looking to move to a firm that will give you theencouragement and trust to do the job then this would be the place for you.
Some firms say they progress their own staff, but rarely do. Here it is different, a large number of their ‘home grown’ lawyers progress to manager and Partner level roles so you will have a career path and be actively encouraged to pursue it.
The firm are different in that they don’t time record, what matters more is that you are delivery a quality, and reliable service to the clients, rather than sometimes meaningless target triggers.
