**About the role**

We are looking for a Collateral Specialist to manage the daily collateral activity for CSA variation margin and initial margin, repo and longevity reinsurance for Just Group. This covers approximately 25 counterparties with 40+ collateral agreements.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing of daily derivative collateral margin calls (variation margin and initial margin), repo margin calls and less frequent reinsurance collateral movements
- Monitoring of substitutions required for collateral positions pledged
- Daily reconciliation of derivative positions within TriResolve, identifying and resolving differences and breaks
- Monthly interest processing on cash balances
- Continuously look to challenge and improve existing processes
- Take ownership of counterparty/internal queries in shared mailbox
- Perform monthly reporting to assist with preparation of Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) report
- Ensure process documentation is kept up to date

**Skills & Experience**
- Must have relevant collateral management experience
- Portfolio reconciliation experience is desirable
- Good knowledge of derivative instruments, cash and securities collateral requirements and trade lifecycles
- Knowledge of rates, credit, FX and exchange-traded derivatives and corporate/government bonds is desirable
- Experience using TriResolve highly desirable
- Knowledge of repo and reinsurance agreements would be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate/advanced level of experience with Microsoft Excel
