In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be an accomplished Financial Controller (ideally CIMA/ACA or ACCA qualified). You will be enthusiastic, proactive and committed with a proven track record of building great workingrelationships at all levels.Reporting to the CFO of this circa £50m turnover company you will prepare and present detailed MI and board packs, create financial models, perform margin interrogation, manage cash flow, perform commercial business reviews and investment appraisals, andoversee governance and treasury management.

You will lead a small finance team and oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s finance department. You will identify and implement improvements to financial systems and controls and deliver first class management accounts on a monthlybasis. You will manage the group’s financial accounting software, create forecasts and budgets, manage corporation tax returns, prepare financial reports, and ensure financial stability.
