Duties
- Quote, arrange and schedule all PPM servicing
- Raise quotations for remedial repairs following PPM servicing
- Responsibility for ordering parts and liaising with engineers regarding parts/works required
- Liase with service supervisor
- Oversee and be responsible for the PPM servicing
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide administrative support to staff members as required
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organisational skills with the abilty to prioritize tasks
- Familar with clerical and office administrative duties
- Attention to detail
- Flexibilty to cover other staff holidays if required
Monday-Friday 8am-1pm £15,000
21 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas week closure
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
