**Role: Adult Care Team Leader**

**Location: Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria**

**Salary**:Up to £29,123.25** **per annum (dependant on experience/qualifications)**

**Hours: Full-time; Permanent **(**43.5 hours per week**)

**The Opportunity**

**Our next Nights Team Leader** **will be someone who has**:

- ** Desirable**:_ _**Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care**_ or equivalent._**:

- ** The desire to work towards a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care**:

- Experience of working in an Adult residential setting
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

**The Location**

Options Autism are recruiting an Adult Care Team Leader to join our team based in the Norfolk region.

Grange View is a fantastic service which provides bespoke residential care and support to young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The successful applicant will be supporting the Registered Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and working as a proactive role model within the team.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working in a residential environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The home is based in Grange and is within commuting distance of Lancaster, Morecambe, Kendal, Bolton-le-Sands and other surrounding villages and towns.

Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We provide a person-centred approach to education and support, looking at the full needs of the individual and adapting our approach accordingly.
