The hotel consists of 192 design-led bedrooms, complemented by Parker’s Tavern, a high-end, quintessentially British restaurant bar, along with the adjoining library, bar, and ballroom.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING**

Housekeeping is what gives University Arms hotels the ‘wow’ factor. It’s the moment that guests walk into the hotel and are impressed, then enter their bedrooms and think ‘wow, this looks amazing’.

As a Room Attendant, you will ensure that all the guest areas are clean and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. You will be totally guest-focused by consistently delivering excellent service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach.

**THE DUTIES**
- You will maintain a clean and safe environment for the team and our guests. You will be cleaning all areas of the bedrooms and hotel areas to the highest standards.
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Vacuum rooms and corridors.
- Change and replenish bed linen.
- Towels and guest amenities are in line with company guidelines.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
- Restock and maintain the trolley daily.
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Report any maintenance work required.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Carry out lost property procedures.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU**
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to take on a physically demanding job.
- A commitment to delivering high levels of cleanliness.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Attention to detail.
