**C4S Search** are representing an exciting Client who design, engineer and manufacture smart charging products.

**The Role**

Our Client is looking for a Electrical Design Engineer to join the team, you will be responsible for:

- Electronic development from requirements capture, design and prototype, through to production readiness and cost-down
- Diagnosis, design improvement and consultancy to other team members on EMC to achieve functional and regulatory goals
- Performing other reasonable tasks in line with business requirements
- This is a varied role with diverse technical challenges so would suit a strong electronic engineer with broad skills who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle

**The Superstars experience**
- HND or Degree-qualified in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent, with 5+ years related experience preferably within consumer product development
- Demonstrable experience of managing electrical & electronic sub-assembly development from requirements capture through options development, concept design, scheme design, detailed design and manufacture through to installation, testing and commissioning
- Experience in the following technical areas:

- Schematic capture and PCB design; preferred design packages being KiCad
- Version control of design files using Github
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with limited supervision
- Champion safe working practices within the design process and the workplace
- Exceptional eye for detail and an emphasis on quality in day to day work practices
