Four Squared Recruitment are partnering with an award-winning firm of chartered accountants based in Droitwich, to support their growth through the appointment of an Outsourced Accounts Manager. With a modern approach to accountancy and a passion for technology,this practice provides a wide range of accountancy services across a variety of sectors.

Experience working in Practice is desirable, but applicants with Industry experience will also be considered.

You will manage the Outsourcing team and play a key role in the growth of the department, proactively developing clients, managing the team on a day-to-day basis and ensuring the service clients receive goes above and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the review and completion of management accounts and other agreed services
- Develop budgets and monitor business performance in deliverables to clients
- Ensure teams work in tandem to deliver the right results and provide a pro-active service
- Identify automation improvements internally and for clients to ensure efficiency
- Develop and manage policies and processes both internally and externally
- Ensure client information is accurate, complete, and delivered on a timely basis
- Oversee implementation of migration to cloud-based accounting
- Mentor and review work of the team and undertake Appraisals
- Drive improvements across the department for all financial processes, tools and systems

**Requirements**:

- ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience using cloud accounting packages
- Experience of managing a portfolio of clients and month end preparation
- Excellent people management skills and experience of managing a small team
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally
- Technology-driven with the ability to deal with change swiftly and efficiently
