We are currently seeking to recruit Support Workers for both day and night shifts with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

**About You**

To join our team you will have experience within a Home Care Setting for residents who have learning disabilities, Mental Health and challenging behaviour as well residents with health care requirements

You will preferably hold an NVQ 2 qualification

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have the right to work within the UK.

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour (*NMW Based on age) plus shifts allowance of £15 per shift
