The Role
- Keep 100% of your PT income (fair fixed rent, first month free).
- Access a steady flow of member leads and class delivery opportunities.
- Work within a supportive, collaborative club team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 training and group sessions.
- Coaching on the gym floor in a friendly, non-intimidating way
- Delivering expert-level personal training to small groups and larger classes
- Building honest relationships to support our members’ goals
- Staying sharp - keeping your knowledge and skills up to date
- Working as part of a supportive team (we’ve got each other’s backs)
- Contributing ideas for programming and helping the club run smoothly
- Giving tours to potential new members and supporting our sales process
- Creating fun, useful digital content to grow the Nudge brand
- Keeping our space spotless - the cleanest gym in Surrey is the goal

About You
- Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA PT qualification (or above).
- Public liability insurance.
- Confident, approachable, results-driven.
- Social media savvy and proactive in building your business.
- Live within a reasonable commute to the club.
