**Role Overview**:
StorMe is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to support the operations of our self-storage facility. In this store-based role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving the growth of our business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the high standards that our customers expect from us. We want someone with an understanding of the importance of local marketing, brand awareness and community engagement. This role is key in connecting with the local audience through social media, partnerships, and sponsorships while ensuring all marketing efforts align with the central marketing team’s strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Part Time Sales Advisor, you will support in managing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that it is clean, secure, and well-maintained. You will provide outstanding customer service by addressing enquiries promptly, assisting with storage needs, and conducting facility tours to showcase available options. Your role will also involve implementing and supporting security practices to protect customer belongings and ensure the safety of the facility.

In addition to operational tasks, you will support in handling the administrative aspects of the business. This includes managing the leasing process, handling rental agreements, renewals, and fee collections, as well as maintaining accurate records and customer information. You will work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategies to boost occupancy and achieve revenue targets. Engaging with the local community and supporting marketing campaigns to enhance our visibility and attract new customers is also part of your responsibilities. A large player in the success of the business will also involve:

- Working alongside the central marketing team to deliver local marketing initiatives and activity
- Manage and post engaging local/community content on social media.
- Proactively identify and build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
- Seek sponsorship and event opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Capture and report marketing activities and insights to the store/area manager, via store Tactical Planners.
- Maintain and update all in-store marketing materials and POS displays.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to implement local marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in social media marketing, community outreach, or local marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with central marketing goals.
- Flexible to work more hours when required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
