**Administrator - Financial Services**

Provide administrative support to the Practice/Practice Principals/Advisers to ensure efficient processing of business, effective management of day-to-day tasks to ensure clients receive a high level, friendly, efficient service when contacting the practice and a positive customer experience.

Support the Practice with the delivery of a professional and transparent service to all clients

Learn and operate multiple online third-party IT systems and platforms to assist Practice Principles and Advisers. Manage relationships with mortgage and insurance companies

Be confident, organised and efficient, working with changing priorities and sometimes tight deadlines, attention to detail important

Willing to learn new skills, develop within the team and help others. Exercise effective time management. Willingness to work as a team member and support others.

Experience in Wealth Management systems, Advisor support and processes essential. Mortgage sourcing, submission and management systems a distinct advantage.

**Responsibilities**

Answer incoming calls if reception busy, respond to client queries where appropriate, take and log messages for advisers. Follow up if asked.

Support advisers, sourcing quotes, creating client letters for servicing, updating client records, sourcing relevant information on plans, policies and pensions or investments.

Make calls to providers and lenders as required. Training provided.

Update CRM with policy information and business CM121s

Manage daily workflow on CRM and liaise with Receptionist/Administrator.

Ensure all information from post and elsewhere is correctly labelled and documented in our CRM

Create and send out letters to clients as required for Mortgage and Wealth Clients

Keep relevant and up to date our Business Propositions for both Wealth and Mortgage & Protection

Cover Reception during absence/holidays. Support our team as required.

**Hours**

9am - 5.30pm (Fri 5.00pm finish) hour for lunch - 37 hrs per week

**Location**

Ewell, Surrey

**Employed Salary** - dependent on experience and skills

£25,000 to £30,000 pa

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epsom, KT17 1SA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
