**Working Hours**:40 hours per week, with overtime paid at basic rate. Usually 08:00 am start but can vary day to day.

**Warehouse Operative** JOB PURPOSE**

Warehouse Operative** **control of day to day functions and routines within the designated department. Record and control of documentation and files.

**Warehouse Operative** RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To administer all operational paperwork, file and control of necessary documents.
- Update company database and/or computer system on a day to day basis as necessary.
- Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients including internal relationships.
- To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
- To complete all reports and distribute accordingly.
- To assist in the operational department when required.
- Varied administrative duties when required.
- To communicate with the Warehouse Supervisors.
- To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment.
- Warehouse and road crew duties as required.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Willing to learn.
- Qualified Forklift truck operator (not essential, training will be provided).
