Your Role as an IQA Assessor

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals within the criminal justice system? Do you have experience as a vocational assessor? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an **IQA Assessor** **at **HMP Forest Bank**.

As the** IQA Assessor** you will have responsibility of a small team of 3-4 staff to manage the quality assurance of our courses based within the industries department. This encompasses, recycling, warehousing and storage, Health, Safety and cleaning. You will manage our ‘mandatory wing worker training programme’ which covers 3 non-accredited courses (servery, Health and Safety, Cleaning principles) - this will include assistance with workbook completion, marking, maintaining trackers both on spreadsheets and the online portal.

**Skills/Competencies**:

- Occupational competency in more than one area.
- A willingness to work towards PTTLS.
- Experience of working successfully with accrediting and regulatory bodies.
- A thorough understanding of the vocational qualification structure and awarding body requirements.
