**Traffic Admin Role**

Palletline North East has a great new role within our fast paced and friendly office, having just begun an exciting new chapter in our company’s journey to success we are looking for a vibrant Traffic Administrator to join our team. The position will offer long term career prospects and personal growth as the business flourishes.

Carrying out driver debriefs, ensuring that our transport operation is running both safely and cost-effectively. Escalate details of potential issues to the management team.

- Must have 1 years + transport planning experience.
- Will have transferable office based, business to business customer service experience.
- Confident IT skills, Excel/Word and in house/TMS software.
- Ability to multitask in a time efficient and professional manner.
- Team player, with a desire to get involved.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, organised, and methodical.
- Bright, confident, energetic, decisive under pressure and a strong desire to succeed within their chosen career path.

**The Role**
- On-site Transport Office Position (client focused and professional)
- Routing and planning of HGV drivers and vehicles
- To work with existing customers through telephone & digital comms. to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- To ensure IT systems are current and up to date
- Excellent driver to operations communications for day-to-day delivery/collection, hours regulations and support.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met including drivers’ hours and tacho requirements

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:30hrs - 19:00hrs not fixed and must be flexible to change
