This role is to ensure Borne Interiors is delivering a high standard of service to aid the satisfaction of our clients. You will be working closely and assisting the project managers in all areas of their job role by providing proactive and dedicated support. You will be assisting with project management for valued clients by monitoring the projects progress, solving any issues that may arise and co-ordinating various aspects and tasks at one time. This is including raising purchase orders, using Sage 50 daily and managing deliveries in and out of the warehouse. You will also need to liaise with couriers and delivery teams, trusted suppliers and interact with various departments within the company.

Accuracy and efficiency in written and verbal communication is a critical skill for this role. This position offers the opportunity to build a career in an upcoming and exciting furniture brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with delivery teams what is required of them for project completion.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure deliveries are in on time and communicate this through to relevant departments.
- Proficient in using Sage software to raise Purchase Orders, Pro-Forma’s and Invoices.
- Organising deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
- Co-ordinating with co-workers and relevant departments to ensure all aspects of the projects are running smoothly and according to schedule.
- Reading and deciphering floor plans accurately.
- Offer support and solutions to team members and co-workers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years in a project assistant job role, possibly in furniture and/or interiors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient user of IT systems, both Sage and Microsoft packages (essential).
- Ability to work under pressure and a quick thinker.
- Highly organised, perceptive, and motivated person.
- A true problem solver, passionate to resolve any issue that might arise.
- Multi task and juggle assignments and responsibility.
