**Job Description**:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an integral part of our business, contributing to the success of operations. The role is Monday to Wednesday, 0700 - 1700 although there will be extra days available to cover holidays etc. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Product Handling: Safely and efficiently unloading, sorting, and storing organic fruits and vegetables to maintain their freshness and quality.

2. Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and packing orders to ensure product quality and accurate deliveries to our customers.

3. Inventory Management: Assisting in monitoring stock levels and minimizing food waste through proper rotation.

4. Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and adhering to safety and good house keeping standards.

5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with our dedicated team to maintain a supportive and harmonious work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or working with fresh produce is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Passion for organic produce, sustainability, and a genuine interest in making a positive impact on the environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving boxes/ sacks of produce.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a tight-knit team or on your own when the buisness requires.
