**Overview of the role**:
As the administrator for the golf course maintenance department, you will be responsible for all the daily administrations tasks, inbound calls and golf course maintenance related enquiries, HR administration and Invoicing for the department. Supporting the Course Manager and the team with diary management.

**Your Responsibilities as a Golf Course Maintenance Administrator**:

- Assisting with HR tasks including holiday requests, recruitment, time and attendance for the team.
- Processing Invoices and orders for suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers regarding payments and enquiries
- Assistant with the Management of the properties and the relevant maintenance requirements on site

**About you**:

- Organised Individual
- Competent on all Microsoft Packages
- Accounting and Budgeting Experience
- Good Telephone Etiquette
- HR experience
