We're looking for an experienced Waiting On Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Compamigos, a lively tapas restaurant located in the stunning Mercia Marina. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes them want to return.

Compamigos is a modern tapas restaurant with a passion for delivering delicious food and drink in a lively and vibrant setting. Our restaurant is nestled in the picturesque Mercia Marina, offering stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for casual dining or special occasions.

**The Role**

As our new Waiting On Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our front-of-house team, ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service and has an exceptional dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and leading a team of waiting staff to ensure excellent service standards are maintained
- Managing tables, taking orders, serving food and drink, and handling cash and card transactions
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Assisting with staff training and development to ensure high levels of service knowledge and skills
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance
- Being a key holder, opening and closing the premises

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Waiting On Supervisor or Team Leader in a busy restaurant or bar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, with the ability to make recommendations and advise customers
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tables and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
