**Equans is looking for a Part time Cleaner/Housekeeper, to join our team in Metropolitan Police Specialist Training Centre (MPSTC) DA122HN on a permanent basis, working 25 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £16,425.04 per annum and benefits package.**

**Shift times**:
Mon-Fri: 09:00 - 14:00

**What will you deliver?**

Short statement encapsulating the main purpose of the role Contributing to the site based team with responsibility for cleaning and Housekeeping Duties and associated duties. Ensuring that all duties are performed in compliance with the contract Health and Safety

List of main tasks / activities
The normal duties of the post holder will usually include the following:

- Responsibility for cleaning certain parts of the site as allocated by the Cleaning Supervisor / Facilities Manager
- Using cleaning materials as instructed by the Cleaning Supervisor/ Facilities Manager
- Spot clean and vacuum all carpeted areas
- Dust control mop/sweep and damp mop hard floors
- Empty and clean waste bins and remove waste to designated areas, recycling where possible
- Use warning signs when cleaning spillages
- Dust/damp dusting all furniture, fixtures, fittings, desks etc.
- Cleaning Accommodation Rooms, changing bed linen and towels as and when required.
- To clean internal glass, including door glass, partitions and entrance doors
- General cleaning of Offices across site and classrooms.
- General cleaning of Kitchenettes on Accommodation floors.
- General Cleaning of TV Rooms on Accommodation floors.
- General Cleaning of all Common Areas.
- General Cleaning of Armoury Offices as and when instructed.
- To deep clean carpets and upholstered furniture
