**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality control.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and promote café offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café premises, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
**Qualifications**
- Experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Barista experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in inventory management.
- A culinary background or relevant qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
