We are looking to recruit for an experienced and well motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant on a full time permanent basis. We are a long standing, successful company who a presence of over 20 years in the local area. We are based in S9 area of Sheffield, however there is the possible flexibility of 1 day working from home after full training has been given. We are a small, friendly team that is extremely passionate about what we do

This position is varied and will provide you with an interesting combination of interviewing, advertising, negotiating, sales, business development, referencing, visiting client premises and client retention. An average day will involve 60% sales and 40% resourcing. Reporting into the Branch Manager, the successful Recruitment Consultant will;
Develop and manage a temporary Industrial and Commercial desk through sales calls, making on site appointments and cold calling.
Build and develop strong business relationships to identify growth opportunities and long-lasting partnerships.

Due to the nature of the sales role you must hold a valid driving license.

This role is ideal for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has experience of running a successful temporary desk. This role would also suit someone with experience of working within sales / negotiation role within a B2B sales, estate agent, lettings negotiator, sales negotiator, client account manager, travel agent, customer service environment.

Package includes;
£24,000 - £30,000 p/a basic salary
Uncapped monthly commission structure
Quarterly bonus
Permanent contract
Birthday given as extra holiday every year

20 days holiday +stats increasing alongside service upto an additional 5 days.
