**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual with a genuine passion for supporting students with SEND to join our team. This role offers short-term opportunities initially, with potential for long-term placement due to the high demand for SEND support in schools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for students with SEND and SEMH
- Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents
- Manage behaviour and serve as a positive role model
- Assist in student development, both personally and educationally
- Prior experience working in SEMH or SEND schools
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Clinical Background, Health and Social Care)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Passion for promoting mental health
- Thorough understanding of SEND and SEMH

**Teaching experience is desired but not essential.**

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
