As a Sprint Senior UX/UI designer you will play a pivotal role in the usability, user experience and design of modern user interfaces on these projects. In no time at all you’ll see your work having a huge impact for real people every day.

Currently our designs are done in Figma, our frontends are built in Angular with our backends built in Java on the Google Cloud Platform.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Combining creativity with best practices to design workflows that meet complex business requirements
- Using Figma to designing fantastic looking user interfaces that combine great UX with superb aesthetics
- Taking responsibility for our design workflow, from initial client discussions to working prototypes ready to be handed over to the development team
- Collaborating with our clients, product owner, and developers to bring your ideas to life
- Working in a start-up environment where your thoughts and ideas can make a big difference

**Responsibilities**

As a Senior UX/UI Designer with Sprint, you will be responsible for the design process, owning it as your own. This includes:

- Ensuring that users of our software enjoy smooth and pleasant interactive experiences
- Ensuring that the aesthetics of our software is of the highest standards
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure the end result matches your vision
- Understand business requirements and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather actionable feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Create wireframes, concepts, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems such as usability & find-ability
- Work with developers to bring attractive designs to life
- Communicate design idea and prototypes to developers
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry tools

**Requirements**:

- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Background in project management and research
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision (plus HTML/CSS & Java/JavaScript for bonus points)
- Proficient in English
- Good attention to detail

**Bonus Advantages**

- Enthusiasm for working in a start up culture, working independently but also collaborating where necessary
