**About the role**:
**Day to date duties will include**
- Direct day to day contractor supervision to ensure delivery of CaLM deliverables within sub-area
- Monitor day to day CSL Repair Performance
- Monitor effectiveness of day to day CSL Proving and repair activities and ensure expected delivery is obtained within timescale
- Recommend and when required implement efficiency improvements to outperform budget and delivery plan
- Conduct site audit and desktop study to ensure quality of contractor work.
- Recommend and support implementation of process change and better/different use of technology to outperform detection delivery
- Recommend and support changes to end to end process to assist in effective and efficient delivery of repair performance
- Support Commercial team and Contract Performance manager to implement corrective action plans and supervise ad-hoc contract audits

**To be successful you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Supervisory field experience
- Working knowledge of Customer Side Leakage proving and repair techniques
- Demonstrable good interpersonal skills
- IT literate with proven experience of TW work management systems / Preferable,not essential as training can be given
- H&S experience and NRSWA qualification / preferable, not essential as training can be given
- Customer complaint handling experience
