Working for this well-respected global training provider as Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deal with both inbound and outbound calls as well as web chat functions. Acting as the first point of contact and making a good impression.
**Salary** - £24,500 Per annum
**Location** - Leatherhead / **Hybrid - 1 day in office, 4 from home**
**Role Type** - Permanent / Full time / Rota between
- 7:30am-6pm / 37.5 Hours per week / Mon-Fri

**The Role**
You’ll assist with course enrolments, provide pricing information, and handle complaints with empathy, although these are infrequent. Your responsibilities will also include pre-course planning, ordering course materials, invoicing, and reporting.
You should have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving customer issues, ideally within a CRM system. Some sales experience would be handy but is non-essential.
