We are working with an award winning financial service company in Southampton who are hiring for a brand new role within their organisation. Reporting to the Risk Operations Manager, the Quality Assurance Associate will play a key role in building and developingthis new function, and will be the primary owner of refining and managing the on-going quality assurance processes that the business establishes.

**What will you be doing?**

The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for call monitoring, process reviews, script adherence, system navigation, providing feedback and full scope quality assurance reviews across all areas of the Operations departments, including CustomerService, Outbound Marketing, Complaints & Underwriting as well as reviews on our Servicing department including our outsourcers.

You will have frequent contact with all departments, especially operations management and team leaders, head of people and culture, credit analysts and the compliance department.

As the business expands, this role is seen as critical to help ensure that high standards are set and maintained with regard to how the business interacts with customers, improves internal processes to ensure that the correct lending decisions are made,and contribute to the first line of defence with respect to compliance.

The hours will be **37.5 per week,**working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive salary of between **£23,000 - £27,000 year, depending on experience**.

- Hybrid working (2-3 days in office/2-3 days from home) if desired following completion of probation.
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising by one day after each year completed up to 25days)

This role is available for a **start as soon as possible**and interviews will be arranged as soon as possible. Generally, this will involve an initial phone call followed by a face to face interview if successful.
