We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in our Little Green Rascals Nursery in Bishopthorpe.

**Job role**:Kitchen Assistant
**Pay**:Up to £10.50
**Location**:Old School House, School Lane, Bishopthorpe, York, YO23 2RE
**Hours**:Part time hours available

**What this role involves**

As a Kitchen Assistant in our nursery, you will be supporting the Cook and helping to prepare delicious, nutritious food for the children.

Our Kitchen Assistants also support with activities such as baking with the children, so a warm and friendly way of working is required. You will also ensure the kitchen environment is kept clean and safe.

**Skills / Qualifications required**
- Previous experience as a cook or in a kitchen setting is desirable
