Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or Trainee

Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our fast-growing, award-winning company and group.
We are looking for an exceptional person who has the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customer’s experience and overall brand quality/exposure.
You must be enthusiastic, motivated and have an eye for detail/design. You will need to be self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm.

**Main responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator**
- Booking of viewings and valuations.
- Prospecting for new business and generating new leads.
- Conducting viewings.
- Nurturing a database of potential buyers and sellers.
- Contributing towards growing the company.
- Providing an excellent customer experience.
- Plan, produce and edit high-quality visual property content including photos, videos, drone photography and videography for use across our website, property portals, social media channels and for marketing campaigns.
- Create accurate detailed property floorplans and measurements.
- Assist with managing and maintaining social media presence, including creating and managing engaging content.
- Create visual content for advertising and marketing purposes.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices.
- Contribute ideas towards marketing plans and strategies for growth.
**Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Negotiator**
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A Full UK driving licence.
- Be ambitious, hardworking and have a friendly manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Be self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
**Salary**: £19,000 to £35,000 with potential for unlimited progression and growth.
