HR Administrator
- Onboarding - Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new starters have a successful start
- Management of long service programme
- Co-ordinate training programmes
- Complete Exit interviews and report back to line managers & People team
- Support on People Projects
- Administration - Working with the People Admin team in Group to organise references, contracts, Colleague letters (mail merge)
- People system - Inputting of new starters, people changes, setting up people on fingerprint scanner, dealing with colleague queries
- Management of the People team inbox to deal with Colleague queries
- Reporting - Run monthly reports to update People KPIs
- Filing, scanning, shredding
- File Audits
- Update site organisation charts
- Occupational health: update s/s for health surveillance communicating with managers if any changes
- Co-ordination of eye care vouchers
- Reception cover
- Management the Comms App
- Community champion and develop and communicate new initiatives to support our giving back culture
- Organise site social events with the site Executive Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- IT programmes and People systems (must be proficient user of Microsoft Excel, with familiarity with other business software relating to Microsoft Office)
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business; with a high level of confidentiality, and ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in the working environment
- Driven, determined and is able to work in a fast paced environment
- Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
