**Internal Recruitment / Resourcing Partner** (temporary full time contractor opportunity, initially 12 months but with potential to be extended)

**Hybrid working pattern**: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. The team typically work two days per week in the office with one fixed day, though some flexibility is needed to attend site when required and to support careers events etc.

The resourcing team at MBDA UK are accountable for all permanent recruitment and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding; along with internal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.

**What we're looking for**
- Ideally experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR teaM/Function and with interviewing experience).
- Or, do you have agency recruitment experience but now looking for a move into an in-house role?
- Experience using various ATS'; or even better........Workday experience, this would be great
- Very strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills will be needed.
- A proven standout colleague, always proactively willing to offer support to colleagues when required.
- The ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Someone with proactive experience of social media; to be an influencer with our social media activities and know how to use it for better recruitment
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
- Fun and engaging.
